Registered conference
participants can reserve hotel rooms directly through
the TFOS Conference website. Jaka Congressi is the official
booking agent for the 6th International Conference on
the Tear Film & Ocular Surface. They have negotiated
special reduced rates for accommodation. All rates and
room availabilities are posted on the 'Hotel' section
of this website. TFOS does not have access to the hotel
reservations - if you have any questions about accommodation,
please contact Eleonora: e.fumi@jaka.it
All TFOS hotels are
within reasonable walking distance to the conference
center."
If you want to book a hotel at TFOS rates, they are
on a first-come-first-served basis. It will still be
'peak' tourist season during September, so the reservations
must be final/paid-in-full to compete with high-accommodation
demand. The hotels will not be flexible with their policy.
Please note
that the booking agency (JAKA) is closed from July 23rd
to August 22nd. Please send your hotel request and they
will respond upon return. If you have any questions
about an existing reservation please contact rose@tearfilm.org.
If you need to make a change on your reservation we
will get back to you as soon as possible.
